Terms of service
The services rendered are subjected to these Terms of Service with exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that she/he is aware of the contents of and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
V1. Orders, Prices & Payments
Prices on this site represent the sum of a finder’s fee and a transfer fee. All items remain the sole property of Blizzard Entertainment.
Unless credit terms have been expressly agreed by D2hope.com.
Payment for the Services must be made in full before delivery of Services.
When a payment is made,The Customer is paying for the time and effort we have invested in the transfer of the virtual goods.
When buying from D2Hope.com, you are paying a transfer’s fee.
D2hope.com reserves the right to deny payments from suspicious buyers.
D2hope.com reserves the right to deny payments from suspicious buyers. In the event that an order or payment is tagged as being suspicious, delivery of items(s) will be delayed until we can successfully verify its legitimacy, may this be by any type of verifying information that you will be asked for by our staff. By not coorperating or not providing the information that has been asked we will cancel the pending order and deny its payment.
D2Hope.com also reserves the right to cancel or deny your order even when the payment has been accepted and verfified, in case of products being mispriced or not showed correctly. In this case we will compensate the Costumer with any payment fees made during the transaction.
All orders placed on D2hope.com by Costumers end are final. Meaning you are responsible for the items purchased. All sales are final and cannot be reverted. Unless your orders meets our refund policy.
V2. Refunds
We will issue a refund only if the items delivered are returned to us and were not as described or delivered wrong.
V3. Delivery of service
When you buy items on D2Hope.com all items purchased will be muled and stored on Mule account(s). Your order information will be provided by e-mail once your order has been completed.
Mule account(s) will be made within 0-24 hours after payment is confirmation & received. Time of delivery is depending on the availability of the product(s).The customer has 7 days to retrieve the product(s) from the mule account, after that time the mule will expire. We will not be held accountable for any losses in the mule process.
D2Hope.com will gladly provide mule assistance with the transfer of your bought items. Contact us for more information.
In the unlikely case of when a product or service(s) on our website has been oversold. D2Hope.com will consider the products to be sold to the first verified paying Customer.
D2Hope.com will deliver whatever items are available to the Customer and will inform the Customer if any Item(s) or service(s) ordered and paid for are not available.
V4. Acceptance of Services or Products
Unless the Customer notifies D2Hope.com on the day of delivery and such notification is confirmed by email, the Services or Products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and accordance with the ToS.
The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of all or any of the Price of the order.
V5. Liability
D2Hope.com shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the Services, even if D2Hope.com has been advised of their possibility.
